These terms govern use of the SBSD content publishing platform. By connecting a
social account to the platform, you agree to them.
Your account
- You own the social accounts you connect, or are authorized by their owner to manage them.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your own accounts secure.
- You may disconnect any account at any time; disconnecting ends the agreement for
that account immediately and invalidates the stored tokens.
Your content
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the platform.
- You must comply with the rules of each platform you publish to — including
TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- You retain all rights to your content. We claim no ownership over anything you
prepare or publish.
The service
- The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for content that a platform
rejects, removes, or limits, nor for interruptions or changes in the TikTok API
or any other platform API.
- We may update or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be
posted on this page.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement at any time. Disconnecting your account
terminates it immediately. We may suspend an account that publishes content
violating a platform's rules or applicable law.
